“Tristen Was Very Kind and Right On Time. We Had a 10:00-12:00 Window..Tristen Was There At 10am. He Was Very Through, Explained the Situation Of Our Unit. He Will Order a New Compressor, Which Our Unit Was Under a 10 Yr Warranty, (4 yrs In), So Were Hopeful that They Will Be Prompt in Returning Back to Install the New Part (Compressor). And Hopefully That Will Fix Our Unit. 🙌 Once Our AC is Up And Running I'll Go to 5 Stars..Im at 4 Stars Now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I Will Say So Far We Are Very Impressed at this Point. ~Kim Gillikin~ Would Also like to Add, The Photo Sent of the Technician Arriving..Was A Very Nice Touch 😊”

“A technician came the same day we called. DJ, our technician, was very helpful in diagnosing/troubleshooting what was wrong with our HVAC system. He identified the leak was in the coil. Our freon was escaping. When I asked for his opinion about repairing vs. replacing, he gave his honest, genuine assessment, based on its advanced age, and his experience that once you have one serious failure in such an old unit, others can follow. He explained the cost differences. DJ also checked and found that we had a huge discount in the price of replacement for being a member of their service program. Before he left, DJ lent us two portable air conditioners, which he hooked up, to help until our new unit was installed. I am so glad we called One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning!”
