“Wow!!! I first called last Friday with no AC. I spoke with Paul and he assured me they would come out on a hot Friday afternoon during The Big Rock. And they would be at our home between 2-4. Sure enough at 1:50 DJ text me and said he would arrive at 2:12 and he did. Joe and DJ looked at our system and DJ showed Joe what was going on. DJ said it might work an hour, a day, a week or a month but it’s in its last leg. DJ prepared us a proposal that afternoon. I called on Tuesday to schedule the new install for today. I was text this morning with a picture of James and his arrival time. James and Brad were on time, very polite, and very professional. They walked me through each step they were doing. They even made friends with our 3 big boxers that barked everytime they came in and out. If I could give 20 Stars I would because all 4 people we dealt with were wonderful. James and Brad are my AC hero's! If you need AC or Heating work these are the Folks you want in your home! I can’t thank them enough. Great job, first the first phone call till the pulled out of the driveway!”

“We are exceptionally pleased with the service provided by One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning and highly recommend them and in particular D. j. Smith! Our AC went out one evening resulting in a hot and sleepless night. Called One Hour the next morning at 8AM and was told a technician would be available sometime between 12 and 2 pm that day. D.J. called about 11:45 to confirm he was enroute and he arrived almost exactly by 12. He quickly inspected the outside unit, the under house unit, and breaker box, performed some diagnostic tests, and had our unit to back running within 30 minutes. Our house is almost 40 years old, we have been in it for approximately 25 years, and we replaced our entire HVAC about 15 years ago. Over the years we have had multiple experiences with several companies and none come close to the service produced by One Hour. We highly recommend One Hour and D.J. Smith for anyone needing service to their HVAC system!”
