"a/c went out on a saturday morning. called them expecting to wait until monday for appointment, but they had someone out within 2 hours of my call. jp came out and diagnosed the issue (blower) quickly. my inside unit was 20+ years old and outside unit was 9 years old. met with dan monday morning to go over options; new inside unit only or whole new system. we financed a new full system within minutes and set the install for two days later. installers, daniel and noah, got here in the first hour of a 2hr window and were done, cleaned up, and house cooling in four hours. this was my first time dealing with this company and i have to say it was amazing to see the kind of excellent service they provided! i can see why they have such high reviews on google maps. great to see a company that takes pride in their work. prompt, professional service; i def recommend this company"

"Michael was amazing! He was so sweet & informative. He very thoroughly looked at my units & found my problem to be as simple as replacing the thermostat. He was honest, and quick. He took time to teach me to program my new thermostat, took estimates for me for the future. Made a personal connection with me that made me feel comfortable while working in my home. Anytime I need a service, or maintenance I will be requesting him by name!"

"One Hour Heating and Air did a great job with scheduling, then following up to confirm the appointment and texting to let us know they were on their way (early). We appreciated that. Parker was friendly and efficient. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself when finished. The price was exactly what they quoted me on the phone when I made the appointment. I highly recommend this company."
