“Darren came out this afternoon to check out our unit that has sat dormant for about 2 years. He walked through everything, checking the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. He explained everything that he was doing and what would need to be done to get the unit up and running efficiently again. He was very transparent about the work needed and the different options and potential outcomes of the work being done and not being done. He did not try to pressure us into making a decision right then and there. He just made sure that we were fully informed to be able to make our decision. I would definitely recommend.”
