“"Great experience with One Hour Air! They showed up right on time, replaced my thermostat, and did a thorough AC maintenance check. Their pricing was very affordable and honest and their technician James was extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and made me feel completely comfortable. He broke everything down clearly and never talked down to me or made me feel stupid. Highly recommend!!!”

“I am having a issue with my HVAC system leaking and I had a technician from one hour heating I believe and they told me I had a slew of issue and would cost me over $5,500+ to fix everything. I refused to believe that so I called around and found John and I couldn’t be happier, not only did he come over and explain the issue to where I could understand and how it occurred he was respectful and friendly AND the fix DID NOT cost $5,500 to fix. Not even close. If anyone ever needs HVAC work done call John, I promise he will help you to the best of his ability! Him and his partner are great! Thank you again!”

“D’Andre provided excellent customer service. The job was two furnace units and a dryer vent clean out. He explained everything he was doing. He noticed that both systems were new and asked if I had any questions with some of the updates and new features. He did what I thought was an exceptionally thorough job of cleaning around both of the units.”
