"David came to look my furnace as it had stopped working. I was impressed w how QUICKLY he diagnosed the problem, had the needed part & charged a reasonable fee for his service. And he was very friendly! Follow up: I had a problem the next day & a young man named Bryce came to my home to address my issue. He explained that my problem was from settings that I cd change and made sure I understood exactly what to do. He was personable, friendly, and smart!"
