“service was very good. technician was prompt and thorough.they arrived a couple hours after our initial call which is outstanding! . i give 4 stars bc the unit is not fixed yet. and am awaiting resolution to our problem which needs a part. the unit is only two years old. … if it’s resolved tomorrow under warranty as it should be, i will come back and give 5 stars!”

I’ve used them several times before and I’ve always been happy. After several days, I had to call them back for issues regarding the air conditioning. “Lawens (Antoine) from One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating arrived on time with a friendly and helpful attitude. One of the first things he stated, after our questions about the maintenance of our air conditioning unit, was that he would treat our unit maintenance as if he was working on his mother’s unit. He took the extra time to explain a maintenance program we can do ourselves in between One Hour Air Conditioning doing the semi-annual maintenance. He offered additional maintenance options (UV light, etc) and also took payment for out 2026 semi-annual maintenance program. We would highly recommend Lawens and will ask that he completes our semi-annual maintenance.”
