From the initial phone call, the customer service rep asked great questions to provide their team with information prior to coming out. I received text alerts and a call when the technician was on his way so that I could make sure someone was available to let him in. An email was also received with a photo of our scheduled technician. That gave me a great peace of mind knowing exactly who to expect at the door. Even though I was offsite, Pedro was informative and gave a detailed explanation as to what labor was done and why it was needed. I now have their contact saved for future needs.”

“I wanna thank one hour air conditioning and heating for the service that they performed today. The tech was awesome. He checked my whole unit inside and out. He cleaned it out, and he gave me prices on other things that may need to be fixed in the future. And the cost for this was reasonable to have it serviced today. I was looking to pay a little more, so I was happy with the cost at the end. I would recommend them to anyone.!”

“I have been using 1 hour H&C for almost 2 years. They are awesome. I called this morning because the condenser wasn't coming on and they were able to get someone by in 2 hours. John text first, then arrived when he said he would; looked at everything and was an easy fix that was covered under the annual maintenance plan. 1 Hr crew are honest and I highly recommend you give them a try. I've had other co over the years that have charged me for repairs I didn't need. I trust 1hour. Thanks John for being on time, helpful, and so pleasant to work with. Stay hydrated!”
