“I went online and entered my info to have a tech come out and check out our A/C unit since it said we had no power and wasn’t working! John Ervin was the tech that was assigned. we were scheduled for the visit between 10am - noon. He arrived at 9:30am. So John was prompt, extremely courteous and friendly. He immediately made us feel comfortable! I explained the situation and he said to give him like 20 - 30 minutes to check it out! Within like 15 minutes he had the system up and running! He explained exactly what he found and what he did in laymen’s terms and things that we should know and be aware of to keep the unit running efficiently! John was outstanding! Not only was he super knowledgeable but he has excellent customer service skills. I would want him to be the Tech assigned to us whenever we need service! So obviously I would highly recommend John Ervin for any type A/C issue you’re having!”
