“Our AC went out friday night and i called One Hour H&A at 730 the next morning and my AC was back up and running by 9 am. Luis came out and fixed our issue quick! Real nice guy. Very knowledable and gave great advice for maintaining our AC system. We couldnt do it at the moment but we will get the scheduled maintenance package ASAP. Thank you Luis and One Hour H&A! “Called on Friday afternoon around 3pm. I think it was Michelle who helped me and had someone out to address our issue by 12 on Saturday. Luis came out and took quick care of our issue. He was friendly and provided efficient service. He also explained everything he was doing. We signed up for their seasonal service of our unit. I would definitely recommend them.”

Dusty identified issues that could have caused a breakdown in the coming months, and he showed me exactly what needed attention with clear photos.
