Came home from a short vacation to find a home with no functional AC - made a call shortly before 9PM on a Saturday & had a technician on site by 8:30 AM Sunday morning. Luis was extremely helpful, quickly identified the problem and got to work, while also answering all the questions my curious 3 year old could throw at him. Pricing was clear & concise & work was completed to get the AC running within an hour. We got a follow up appointment set up to address some of the other findings from our walkthrough as well.

My technician Dustin showed up the next day and he diagnosed and resolved my issue quickly at an affordable price. He also wet the extra mile to level out my system so it drained properly and was very helpful in explaining what he was servicing and why. As a new homeowner, I was appreciative to learn how I can self serve for simple issues like mine (clogged drain) and they will definitely get my business in the future!
Thank you, One Hour! David came to assess our system after it started to struggle keeping up with the super hot temperatures outside. He had to come back twice to troubleshoot and undo issues caused by a different company and each time he was super informative, patient, and thoughtful. He took time to explain the issue we were having and showed the actual data he was working off of and took time to help me understand what each of the measurements meant. He was always responsive and made us feel like our home’s problem was important to him. We are definitely happy to be a part of the continual service and feel confident that we’re in good hands!
