He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly, and you could tell he really knew his craft. What stood out most to me was how clean and organized he kept his work area. He was respectful of my home, picked up after himself, and left zero trace of the job behind—no remnants, no mess, nothing. That level of care goes a long way. I’ll definitely request DeAngelo again, whether it’s next year or sooner if I need service before then. One Hour Air has earned my trust, and this was an A+ experience from start to finish!

Recently my AC hasn't had its continuous maintenance and the line was clogged. Build up had begun reaching its capacity and water was leaking. Made a call to one hour and just a few hours later that day; Marcus came and handled everything, unclogged line, cleaned up any mess and was very professional. Happy with the prompt responses and help. Automatic $98 call. Highly recommend if needing assistance with your AC unit. Update: 2.21.26 New appt. Called this morning, One hour air conditioning scheduled me an appointment by tonight. I felt my AC was out of free on or something on the fritz for some time but the weather was so nice I didn't worry about it. But knowing how prompt this company is, it is great feeling to know they got your back. Today they sent Jason Blackmon. He knew what was wrong within minutes and handled the job very professional. I'm super please with the way he handled the job. Kept everything clean, left no mess and took care of business. Thank you Jason. One Hour Air, seems to have a great team working for them. Didnt take any photos today but happy with the work and AC back, forgot how it felt its been awhile.

Fawaz, the tech, was great. Friendly, helpful, fixed the issues, explained to us what was wrong, and the price is reasonable with a same day appointment just 3.5 hours after I made the call. The premium membership service is worth it. He performed the regular maintenance, cleaned everything up, suggested an additive that'll help prevent future issues. Good service, as usual.

Marcus was fantastic. Did such a great job cleaning our unit and describing every step on what he was doing. Advised us how old our unit was and recommended we look into another one eventually. Wasn’t pushy at all. Highly recommend hm and the company.

Corvin at HQ was extremely helpful and considerate when listening to what I needed and scheduling an appointment. He really made me feel confident that I could get an honest and experienced technician to help me with my problem which was quite complicated. The tech came on schedule. His name was C.C. he was extremely knowledgeable and experienced, he took his time carefully diagnosing my issue and was really easy going. After troubleshooting for several hours he finally figured out the problem and gave me a fair price for the part needed. I couldn't be happier with this company. They have 100% earned my trust and my business. Thank you so much for your help guys
