“Andrew Macmahon came to look at our kitchen sink drain that also had a garbage disposal, we hadn’t used it in the 5 years we lived here, it was draining real slow. He ended up removing the disposal, he was friendly and a great plumber. We really couldn’t afford the $700 but needed it done, wish you would have a discount for senior citizens.”

“After some troubleshooting beforehand and after speaking to a well company to discuss a few things, I set up an appt for Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We’d had great service from them before. Matt was right on time, talked through things and then hunted around and confirmed my suspicions of what was wrong. Our well pressure tank was original to the house, so it was definitely past its typical lifespan. It was indeed the culprit. Matt was clear on what to expect for pricing and next steps. The work was completed promptly and well done (pun intended). He also helped explain some other appliance and plumbing things to be aware of and to plan for the future.
