“Our A/C and heater unit went out about a month ago during the hottest weather we have had here in Tombstone, so we called several Companies to come out and check the system for us. To our surprise, two companies wouldn't come out from Tucson to check the system out. Two other companies from Sierra Vista did come out, one looked at the unit and just said you need a whole new unit and it will cost you around $32,000 thousand at least. He didn't check even check anything or even look at the ducking under the house nor the condenser unit outside. The other company did check a few more items out as will as the A/C heater unit and stated that it did need to be replaced but could not get to it for about three months and that it would be very expensive $30,000 plus. We saw a Yellow One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating Truck in our neighborhood and called the phone number on the side of the truck and they responded the very next day. The Owner came out looked at the complete system and did determine that the unit was in need of being replaced and was outdated. He checked the size of the condenser unit and explained that it was too small for the size of our house. That was one reason we weren't getting the cooling or heating we should have for all the time we had the old unit. He gave us a quote and estimated time frame to do the entire job and have us up and running in just a few days. The best part it was almost $10,000 less than the other companies and got a bigger and better unit. The two technicians/repairmen came with- in a couple of days and got the new unit installed and up and running. Cody the primary Technician that we dealt with during this time was very professional and explained everything he was doing in detail with photo's so we knew exactly what was being done. We our very happy with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating and all the Employees in the Company that we talked with during our installation and Highly Recommend them to anyone that needs this service. Jared was very nice, professional and took the time to explain everything to me and what was necessary and what to keep an eye on. However I decided to go ahead and have all the concerned items taken care of which Jared did from ordering the parts to completing the work when all parts arrived.
