Michael was awesome! Exceptionally professional. Took apart and cleaned both mini split indoor units and went and fixed the outdoor unit. Even went as far as to rewire a control wire that the previous owners had done to make sure it wasn't a fire hazard. Michael is the man and if you get him, he will go above and beyond without breaking your wallet. We trust them so much, we purchased their maintenance contract to have him come back out.
Cody Avery was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, very courteous, conversational, and open about what needed to be done, What was the best course of action, and how much it would be To make the repair. obviously all repairs are expensive, but he made the experience very enjoyable.

Very professional, very knowledgeable, very honest, very friendly. He's been our service tech a couple times now and we love the guy. In the future ANYTIME we need a service we will request him and if we have to be put on a calendar a few days out just to get him we will wait! D’Andre of One Hour AC & Heating gave me an AC Tuneup today. He was very knowledgeable and professional and so glad that I now can refer him and One Hour AC in Sierra Vista. To often the Techs that come out are more Salesman than Techs. D’Andre did a great job, cleaned out my “A” coil and condenser unit, and did an overall cleanup & Tuneup on my system. He gave me a guote & some ideas of how to get better efficiency and help the system last longer. I’d definitely give him & One Hour AC 5 stars.
