We just bought a new house and come to find out the AC was at the end of its life. The temps have been up in the 80's for April and we needed the AC desperately replaced as we have a special needs son that suffers from multiple issues and does not handle heat/humidity at all. In a matter of hours Tyler Brown was onsite and determined what was happening. He walked us through several options and explained things to the "T". We tried pursuing the AC replacement through our home insurance company as they would cover a portion of it but they couldn't get anyone to even look at it until a week or so later. We called Tyler back and said we need to move forward with your offer and the very next morning Brian Rodas and Steven Reyes arrived, introduced themselves, told us what they would be doing, and went straight to work. Within 6 hours we had a complete system replacement and the cold air was pumping in the house. Brian and Steven cleaned up, went to each vent testing the air pressure, and set the thermostat then explained to us how to best maintain the new AC and even provided tips on the air filters. Each one of these gentlemen was friendly, courteous, and always had a sense of what was best for me and my family as they worked through the replacement. I can't thank them enough, my wife and I are worry free with cold air circulating through the house and my son is more and more himself as the house gets cooler and cooler. If you have any AC or Heating problems one can only hope you get this team, as your worries will be gone in no time. Thank you Tyler, Brian and Steven YOU GUYS ROCK!

Talk about TOP Notch Service. Yes, I am bragging about the Lead Installer Mr. Joe White and Bryan Abreu from ONE HOUR Heating & Air Conditioning Service who, as of today, installed a brand new HVAC system inside me & my mother's beautiful home. Both of these gentlemen are very professional; they introduced themselves before entering our home...'Big Plus'. They began the work immediately and did not stop until the job was complete. Any questions we had about the new HVAC system, they took the time to answer. Both of these gentlemen DESERVE a pay raise and a huge bonus for there hard work and dedication. Just had a full new AC/Heating Unit installed; what a great experience. Tyler Brown, Joe and Ean did the installation and did a awesome job..! All three men were professional, polite and great workers. They worked for 6 straight hours and when finished there was not one bit of dirt left behind. They covered my floors and rugs and cleaned up like they were never there. I am and will always be a loyal customer to this company because of the quality of service received today and in the past. Would just like you to know how great and informative your “Tec” Anthony Angelo was/is. You people installed my heater,maybe 7 years ago and I just found out that I was to provide a new filter for the unit, my question is Why was not told about this, your people are the only ones who service the unit. I thank God for Anthony making me aware and now I’ll always ask for him. You should have more employees like him. How about Employee of the Month ! Thank you

The "A" team of Craig, Ed, Joe and Eddy did an excellent job replacing our old gas boiler and made the new one fit nicely in the area that previously had a coal/steam boiler and oil boiler in our 100+ year old house. They were safe, deliberate and professional and covered every part of job, explaining what they were doing. They installed new Wifi thermostats which are a great way to monitor. They worked together very well in a tight area, as each had their own area of expertise. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a top quality job.

Everyone on their staff is friendly, considerate, knowledgeable, and any other positive adjective you want to apply. From the people that cover the phones on weekends (yes, 24 hours per day) to the office staff, to the experts in your home. They care about your comfort and your safety. Last week, Mike came for the annual service on my heater and found a problem that needed correcting. The appointment was set up and Derek and Juan arrived on Monday. They introduced themselves, and, before setting one foot inside my home put on shoe covers. They explained the procedure to me, even though Mike explained it last week. You can never have too much information. They completed the job and cleaned everything up in the time they had allotted, checked to make sure the heat and hot water worked perfectly, and left my home looking like no one had been here. Every single one of the people I have had contact with, from this company, care about the homes they service and the people they help. I definitely recommend this company.
