If we do not show up within that window, your service call fee is waived. 1. Express Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified one-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this one-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 2. Reserved Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified, two-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this two-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 3. Standard Appointment: This is an appointment that is scheduled during a specified four-hour time slot. You are promised that a technician will arrive at your home within this four-hour time window. You will also receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 4. Stand-By Appointment: This appointment is for overflow situations. This appointment will not have a specified time. You will receive a call when the technician is en route to your home. 5. Emergency Appointment: This appointment is for an unspecified time after normal business hours Monday – Saturday and all day on Sundays/Holidays. “AC DIED, originally given over a week to inspect but they bumped me up early (would have been only one day but I worked the first time they called so I got my inspection 2 days after call). Gentlemen came early from quoted arrival time (notified prior). Did a pretty thorough inspection which came up with some bad news but the gentleman explained the details on what was going on. I like to verify things so after he left I googled most of the info and it all checked out (I’m always wary of repairmen trying to way oversell me after an incident with a roofing company being extremely disingenuous). My repairs seem slightly on the higher end of the average window price for this kind of repair but given the location of my AC unit and the work that needs to be done it was expected so all in all I’m pleased so far. My repair is this Thursday will update if need on this but all in all I’m happy with their work so far!”
