“Quick response to my call and was able to come the next day. When Jamie arrive she as very pleasant and discussed what she was going to do and assured me she was going to fix the problem. As she was testing the system she was continuously explaining to me what she was doing and the results of the testing. Not being an obvious problem she dug in deeper and found a bad electrical connection (factory) on the high temperature cut off switch. I appreciate your educating me on my system and your professionalism while performing your work. Additionally I singed up for their maintenance program on both units. GREAT JOB JAMIE !”

“Wonderful from start to finish. Despite a very excited dog and a toddler. Personable. Efficient. Gave very good suggestions for a few fixes we could make as a preventive for possible future issues, was able to show me pictures she took while in the attic so I had a decent understanding of what she was explaining as the husband usually handles these things. Overall highly recommend this specific technician (jamiee dudley) as we have had previous from the same company, that were good/fine, but she was much more informative if you will. So thank you! Hope your boss sees this and gives ya a paid day off 😋 wishful thinking 😂”
