"Update 7/9/24: John came to my home this evening to give me quotes on a new HVAC system. John was very friendly, and kind. We had a nice conversation while he drafted up some quotes for me. He arrived on time, and was kind enough to wait for me to arrive home from work, as I got stuck in traffic. I am very satisfied with all help I have received from One Hour Heating & Cooling and will continue to use them for all my home needs. Thank you! Daniel came to my home today to do some repair work to my AC unit as it suddenly stopped working last night. He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He even took the time to speak to my out of state dad, to explain the work he was doing. 10/10 experience! Made a lifetime customer out of me today. "Our AC broke down on a Thursday afternoon, by Friday morning the tech was at our house. They gave us a fair quote and several options to go about resolving the issue. Dan was considerate and gave us a time frame to do the repair that worked for our family. He did a good job getting our AC back up and running and honored the quoted price. We will use 1hr again when it’s time to upgrade the unit."
