“Today I had the pleasure of meeting Bobby McReady from one hour air conditioning for a price quote on a new unit. He was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. He mapped out different options that I could do. I’m not a technical person and he put everything in terms that I could understand. This is a big decision as well as a big expense. He is third person (2 repair men first) that I have met in this company.
