Edwin was very professional and gave an estimate of what the part would approx cost as well as a complete discussion on doing a costly repair on a 15yr system as well as arranging a person to come and provide a quote for a new system. Edwin was not pushy and explained the benefits of a new system as well as the potential pitfalls of replacing the motor and the potential for something else that could be wrong with the system.
