“Tim was a solid technician who actually knew what he was talking about. He didn’t spend anytime on trying to upsell or suggest repairs that didn’t need to happen (as suggested by another company). Instead he took the time to walk through the boiler and check every part, going so far as to call the manufacturer to verify installation, etc. Excellent service and look forward to continuing working with this company.”

“Scott H. called ahead of time and was punctual. We also received a photo of him in a text before he arrived. He was also very knowledgeable and took the time to show my wife what he was doing. Bob checked out air conditioning unit as we thought it may be malfunctioning. He reassured us that our older unit is in great shape and would last years longer with regular checkups.
