“I had a wonderful experience. My AC went out on a Friday evening. I called One Hour, Olin came out examed what was wrong with my unit. He explained everything to me. He was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. Walked me through everything. He needed to get a part and return on a Sat by 9 am, repaired my AC and check to make sure everything with the unit looked good. I recommend One Hour for an AC/Heating repair, maintenance. Onlin was wonderful.”

“River City’s One Hour A/C is quick and professional. Bobby explained what potential problems could develop if the system is not replaced. One Hour came out quickly and checked out my system. My problem was fixed, but Bobby told me about future problems that will occur if the unit is not replaced. He responded faster than expected. I was very impressed! The problem that I had today was corrected by replacing a relay board. The old board was melted because it got so hot as seen in the pictures. The last picture shows the new one still in the packaging. Thank you, Bobby. My birthday turned out nice after all.”
