From the phone call to the fixed air-conditioning unit, this company was amazing to work with. They gave me an estimate of 1 to 4 hours of them to be out to my house and they were in here in less than an hour. The young man who came, Cody, was so respectful and polite. He helped me to understand everything to the best of his ability and fixed everything that was wrong in less than an hour. Absolutely suggest this company to anyone in need

I've been using River City’s One Hour A/C and Heating for several years now and I am always please with the professionalism of their employees from scheduling to maintenance. Joseph was my recent repair person and he was excellent, upfront, honest and gave us all our options. This company answers the phone everytime, schedules you as quickly as possible, confirms and gives you the “I’m on my way call” before your actual appointment EVERY TIME!! My a/c stopped working on a Friday evening. Called and left a message and they called back within a few minutes. Was going to send someone out at 11 pm if I wanted. I chose to make an appointment for the next morning.. communication was great and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and understanding. Excellent service!
