Kelly Scott Heating and Air inc. was founded in 1992 by Ronald Kelly Scott with his wife Melisa. Together, they grew their business from the Ascension area to service the greater Baton Rouge area’s heating and air conditioning needs.

After 23 years of business, the growth of Kelly Scott Heating and Air allowed Kelly and Melisa the opportunity to merge and expand their company. Kelly Scott Heating and Air, Inc. formed a business partnership with One Hour Air Heating and Air Conditioning in 2016.

Together the two companies have created a dynamic business partnership with over 75 employees, including Kelly’s original staff. The merge also provided support to individualized departments specializing in Installation, Sales, Service, Maintenance, Quality Control, and a Dispatch Center.

Kelly and his wife are still an integral part of the company, influencing the day to day operations with their partners Jim Wilson and Brigham Ragusa. Together, they have formed a family business that satisfies the needs of their customers while exceeding industry standards.
