"It was such a please to work with ‘One hour heating & A/C’. Called late in the evening with a emergency of co2 leak, got a pleasant call back from the owner himself on next steps and how to move forward he insisted on coming out to make sure my family was safe. I declined because the BCFD was already at my house and gave us at all clear, my service tech showed up on time and was so helpful yet full of knowledge. He serviced our unit and gave us peace of mind by walk through the whole house making sure the co2 was gone! Just amazing! Definitely would recommend."
