I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about One Hour Heating & Air and the incredible kindness, compassion, and urgency they showed our family during a very scary situation. We had been in our new home for less than 24 hours when our air conditioning suddenly stopped working. Under normal circumstances, that would have been stressful enough, but we have a young, medically fragile child whose health and safety depend on having a temperature-controlled environment. What might be a simple inconvenience for most families can quickly become a medical emergency and even a hospitalization for ours. From the moment we reached out, One Hour Heating & Air treated our situation like it mattered just as much to them as it did to us. They understood the seriousness of our circumstances and immediately went above and beyond to help.
