I have been using One Hour heating and AC service for some time now, their service is very good, prompt. The team is helpful, cooperative and efficient. Pervez from their team worked on my AC contacter issue, fixed it, but there was a wierd problem came up after he left my home. I reached out to them on Sunday and they responded immediately and fixed the issue. Pervez is very helpful and explained me the nitty-gritties. I liked his service.

Most HVAC companies just come in with a simple quote and they're out the door in a jiffy. Very few can answer the questions that I ask. Completely different experience with Guy. Not only was he able to answer all the questions that I had but he also went above and beyond with Answering questions I didn't even know to ask. He even went as far as to draw a diagram explaining it all. I'm looking to replace three units this spring with possibly replacing 2 to 3 more units this year. We buy and sell properties so we are always looking for a good HVAC person. Guy is our top choice!

He took the time to explain how the new AC system works, showed me the different options available, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. He answered all my questions patiently and made sure I was comfortable with the setup before he left.
