"My family and I had a phenomenal experience with One Hour. Our heat went out so we called a company to come out to fix it. We were told the entire system had caught fire and melted and it would cost us $11,000 to fix. Wow! Second opinion said $6,500 for a new system. One Hour came out and told us that only the board needed to replaced, and the tech even bypassed the board to show us that the heater still worked. One Hour's price was $287. A fourth and final company came out and agreed that we only needed a new board, and offered to fix it for just under $900. We went with One Hour because they proved that they are an honest company who cares about our business, not just our money and because their price was stellar. When we do need a new system (and we have two at our house) I know who we'll call. We've had heat for several weeks now and have had no issues. I can't brag enough about the company. I'm mega impressed."

"I did not meet the first person who actually come to the house to install the unit, but Leland was exceptional as he explained the problems and options to repair or replace the unit. Then a follow up call to discuss why the Goodman unit was better than than some others when I asked, saying it had a 10 year warranty, and to explain what all they were going to do, no actual pricing was given. I am a little worried about that part of our transaction. Overall, great experience."

"Brad came out to our elderly Mom’s house right away! We needed a new heating and air system installed asap on an older house because of colder weather. He inspected the house thoroughly, created a plan, explained what the best type unit we needed and how it works for heating and air while saving us valuable $$ at the same time.
