“Great experience with One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating. They installed our upgraded system, and their team has been excellent with follow-up support. Zach recently came out and clearly explained how to operate the auxiliary heating, and Jimmy has helped us twice with auxiliary heat notifications — all at no charge. Both were professional, courteous, and punctual. It’s clear they stand behind their work and take the time to ensure customers understand their system. Highly recommended.”

“So happy with our experience! After scheduling an evaluation of our system with another company that called us a day before to say they only do emergency services on Saturday unable to accommodate, I was very disappointed with the experience. I had to do some research to find an HVAC company that would come out for an evaluation on Saturday and found very little could accommodate our schedules. Sean was knowledgeable, genuine, and thorough. He went above and beyond to provide us the information and options we needed, without feeling taken advantage of. He returned the next weekend to tackle the problems we discussed. We will definitely be requesting him for further maintenance! He even referred us to one of their sister companies and scheduled an appointment for us for the following Saturday. As somewhat new homeowners, we feel confident we’re in good hands.”

“Sean was great, and fast. He came in and within an hour he had the problem diagnosed. He was very friendly and helpful. The problem was a fried thermostat but he did a thorough check of everything. He gave me options in selecting a new thermostat and I picked what fit my budget along with using the information he provided me. He was here and gone and had everything tidied up and back together. He even showed us how to use our new thermostat, set it for us, and answered our questions. He was really wonderful and very knowledgeable.”
