Brody called to advise me of approximate arrival time, showed up and checked all units, inside and out. Very efficient, addressing my concerns. I really appreciated the time he took to explain things to me and showed me a pic to understand the aging condition of my 10 yr old system. He was very thorough. Sean was great, and fast. He came in and within an hour he had the problem diagnosed. He was very friendly and helpful. The problem was a fried thermostat but he did a thorough check of everything. He gave me options in selecting a new thermostat and I picked what fit my budget along with using the information he provided me. He was here and gone and had everything tidied up and back together. He even showed us how to use our new thermostat, set it for us, and answered our questions. He was really wonderful and very knowledgeable.

Danny and Mitch arrived on time in clean pressed uniforms. They were professional, courteous, and took pride in their work. They wore protective covering over their boots when entering the house. The maintenance was thorough and they even disassembled the exterior unit, climbed inside and cleaned it completely! They provided the best customer service I've seen in a long time. Zach recently came out and clearly explained how to operate the auxiliary heating, and Jimmy has helped us twice with auxiliary heat notifications — all at no charge.
