"Friday evening after a long week. Come home to NO AIR! Wife and dogs miserable. Start frantically trying to find help. Sent out a google message to multiple A/C companies. Within 20 minutes I heard from One Hour. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Trevor showed up on time and was both highly professional and extremely pleasant. Working with him was delightful. After multiple areas of troubleshooting he found the power wires cords to the compressor were essentially melted( lightning strike perhaps). Could not be repaired and required replacement. Trevor discussed multiple options and we found a good system at a reasonable price. The real silver lining was they offered to come out on Sunday to do the job. The install crew( and I am embarrassed I can't recall their names) were just as professional and easy going.
