Michael the technician is good at what he does. After the maintenance, there were a couple of things he recommended doing and also alternatives were given if applicable to one not being able to afford the"Royal Carpet". You should be able to find a common level since the cold season is coming. He is a great guy and I will say any job he goes to, the client should relax and let him do his job.
