"Had a furnace emergency that necessitated a replacement. They had a technician out quickly to diagnose and provide options. The crew showed up on time, was clear in what needed to be done, and put down tarps to protect floors. They finished up very close to their estimate at how long it would take to complete, tested the entire system, and completely cleaned up their work site. Glad to see a company that does things right."

"Sam did a great job. He was informative and very professional. I set the appt at 630a and Sam was in my house only a couple hours later. He had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time. He was friendly, knowledgeable and honest. The overall experience was more than I could have expected, leaving me no reason to look elsewhere for service in the future. Best case scenario."

"Francisco did a great job! From the minute he arrived he was very customer focused and listened while we explained our issue. He spent a lot of time digging in to figure out what was going on. He replaced the board and made sure things were working and we were satisfied before he left. He even said we could call him if we had issues or questions. That gave us peace of mind!"

"We're happy with the work and the system. The sales rep was knowledgeable and polite, not pushy. We like the warranty on parts and labor. However, the sales rep called in to the office and said he spoke to the owner. . . The furnace unit we were going to buy was out of stock and they didn't know when it would be back in. The owner recommended a smaller unit. So, the unit in stock is also 98% efficient and a little different specs. We could purchase it for the same price as the original unit recommended. I didn't understand why it didn't cost less. I was told they'd adjust something so it worked just as the other. (It was compared to overclocking a computer, which I understand. But, I also know the slower computer costs less.) After some conversation with us, the sales rep called back and also remeasured to determine that smaller unit would not, in fact, work. Fair enough. They did have a 96% efficient unit that was the right size for our home. This one was $600 less, putting it in the price range expected for that particular model. We had talked about the Fed Tax Energy credit, too, but didn't review it at this point. Fair enough--my fault. When they called for the final payment, I asked about the paperwork for the tax credit--and here's the source of my disappointment with them: they were not honest about the 96% efficiency rating not qualifying for the rebate, even when I finally asked about it. When they changed the model, these experts knew the rebate wouldn't work, but instead of being upfront and honest about it. They said it'd just be a few pennies more per bill. They just didn't tell us it no longer qualified for the tax rebate. It seems to be the owner's approach, since he had to be called twice, so he could relay what to tell us. (Or, it's the fake car salesman trick of "I've got to talk to my manager.") Yes, that's on me. So, the upshot: their work meets inspection and is reliable, but they are very much buyer beware, as is the unfortunate way of most businesses Take your time with the process. I should have stopped and given it 24 hours to think about it. I most likely would've asked about that rebate, and if I had known, I wouldn't feel taken as a fool."
