“We had an issue with our furnace on a Sunday, and the technician, Nick, arrived within two hours of my call. He was incredibly knowledgeable and personable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and quickly got things back on track. He’s also coming back tomorrow to complete one follow-up repair and is doing so without charging another service fee, which we truly appreciate. Outstanding service, professionalism, and responsiveness—I highly recommend him.”

“Medina One Hour Heating and Cooling has been our go-to for years. We have always had prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough technicians who have provided service at our last 3 homes over the course of over 10 years. Today was the first time we had a major issue when our furnace stopped working when the temps dropped to 10 degrees overnight. Our call was initially taken by an automated virtual assistant who scheduled us for the first available time slot for later in the afternoon. However I quickly received a call back from the office who assessed our situation and sent a tech out RIGHT AWAY. Tom called within minutes to say he was headed our way with an ETA, and we received a text confirming his photo ID for safety’s sake. I cannot stress enough how valuable it is to have a local family owned company consistently provide the very best service as if you were family. “Overall, our experience with One Hour was great. We had them install a new A/C and HVAC system a few months ago, and everyone we worked with was fantastic — the installation itself was seamless and well-done. My only complaint is around the air duct cleaning. We paid for it at the time of purchase and were told we’d receive a call a few weeks after installation to schedule it, but that call never came. About a month later, I called to schedule it myself. On the day of, the tech called and seemed unsure of which service we needed. When I clarified it was air duct cleaning, he said he didn’t think he could do it since it’s contracted out (which I already knew). A few hours later, the contracted company called to schedule, but the earliest availability was about a month out. While I was disappointed in how the air duct cleaning portion was handled, I would still recommend One Hour for A/C and HVAC installations.”
