I have been a client of one hour since 2020. While HVAC prices are outrageous no matter where you go, one hour is fair and provides honest service. I was able to see a technician (Preston) the same day I called on a Saturday. He was able to methodically troubleshoot the issue with our furnace, answered all my questions and concerns and made sure I understood why we were having issues and why it cost so much. I paid over $1K to fix our problem. Preston was courteous and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues with on hour and would highly recommend. Great job Preston.
Medina One Hour Heating and Cooling has been our go-to for years. We have always had prompt, knowledgeable, and thorough technicians who have provided service at our last 3 homes over the course of over 10 years. Today was the first time we had a major issue when our furnace stopped working when the temps dropped to 10 degrees overnight. Our call was initially taken by an automated virtual assistant who scheduled us for the first available time slot for later in the afternoon. However I quickly received a call back from the office who assessed our situation and sent a tech out RIGHT AWAY. Tom called within minutes to say he was headed our way with an ETA, and we received a text confirming his photo ID for safety’s sake.
