“Joe did a great job walking through our system with us. We were able to see how he tested the system so we understood that our compressor failed and needed to be replaced. Giving ball park pricing on the compressor and needed coolant. We've decided that a new system was the way to go. He also was very detailed with the maintenance plans available to us if we wish. Thumbs up to Joe! John, the salesman arrived right on schedule and walked us through how they measure what size unit we needed. He was very thorough showing us all of our options. After all the paperwork was complete, he left and roughly 45 minutes later arrived with a portable unit to keep us cool until the new unit would be installed. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend One Hour heating and cooling for any of you HVAC needs.”

“5 stars to Tim from One Hour! Tech Tim came out to my house for routine HVAC maintenance and, as usual, went above and beyond! Not only did he make sure everything was running perfectly, but he somehow managed to turn a simple maintenance visit into a memorable experience. That’s the kind of service you don’t forget! Tim is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and genuinely cares about his customers. And apparently, he has also decided that Phoebe, my Weimaraner, is actually HIS customer. 😂🐾 She absolutely loves him—and honestly, I think he comes back just to see her! 😂 Great service, great attitude, and a tech who truly takes pride in what he does. I would 100% use Tim again and again and would recommend him to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their HVAC system. Thanks for always going the extra mile, Tim! “Always a great experience! Joe came by for some routine maintenance on our until. Was super friendly and punctual. And during the whole visit, kept me up to date on what he was doing and why. Was ready to answer my questions and give me good tips for extending the life of our unit. This is new to us and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Personable as well! Great time”

“Tom did a great job. Friendly, cleaned and was great with our Golden. Explained things that were going on. He fixed a small leak issue that wasn't letting out unit perform at its peak capabilities. Would highly recommend One Hour Heating and Cooling- Medina.”
