"I can't recommend the One Hour team enough. I worked with Justin, John, Nick, and Don over the course of the day on January 17, 2024, after our furnace stopped working overnight during single digit and teens weather. Justin, the initial tech dispatched to our home, was helpful, courteous, and informative. He gave great information on options and what we could expect when the furnace issues ran deeper than expected. His initial diagnostic got quickly to the problem and allowed for the rest of the great experience. John helped us immensely, both by determining exactly what we needed for a replacement furnace and prepping our house for the install. He was even able to save us some money and electricity by resizing our furnace to better match our home size and ductwork. John also brought us the new furnace personally after picking it up himself (not what we generally expect from a salesman) and brought pizza for the installers working late. Nick and Don installed our furnace over the course of a few hours, working around an inquisitive toddler and equally inquisitive homeowners. They worked far later than could be reasonably expected without complaint to make sure our kiddo could have heat when she went to bed. The quality of work was phenomenal, and they were consummate professionals. I can't commend them enough. The team was complete pros who get it and understand what you need and what matters. You won't be disappointed. Edit: forgot to mention - the prices were very fair, especially for the service quality. Can't forget that."

"Earlier this year I needed A/C servicing and called One Hour. At the time, I joined their "club" which entitles me to two free servicing calls a year, one for A/C and the other for the furnace. I figured routine checks are better than any call made in duress! Serviceman Corey Malecha came to my home yesterday. I was very impressed by this young man and his approach to customer service. He asked if I had questions but I didn't initially; I am not well versed in HVAC. When he was done he gave me a run-down of the situation. I had a follow-up question which he used as the opportunity to give me a quick tutorial which I absolutely encouraged to raise my own smarts in this space. He was knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, personable, and so professional. Those of us who wonder about this next generation? Nah....Corey gives me hope! One Hour, you did well to hire this young man as he represents your company quite well. I am very pleased I chose this business to work with. Way to go."

"One Hour installed a new water heater for us last year, and we had our complimentary first flush today. Mike and Reese showed up on time and were very friendly! The actual flush took less than an hour, and while we waited they checked out the rest of our plumbing fixtures to make sure we had no mystery problems. They even stuck around to taste test a new cookie recipe for me! Amazing techs, 10/10 would absolutely recommend One Hour for all of your plumbing AND hvac needs!"
