After many many issues I did have with the Melbourne location. I was essentially left stranded with all these problems and no one was taking care of them and fixing their own screw ups. I actually ended up having to come out of my own pocket to pay for screw ups done by the Melbourne store I shouldn't of had to pay for in the first place. I had problems such as evap clogged and damaged from insulation and duct job done, duct work ran in crawl space giving me no access to attic, and insulation falling out of ceiling in air handler closet. It was a very frustrating 6 months battle to deal with. I then got a phone call from Dennis in Daytona, he saw my original review and was appalled by the service I had been given for the 6 months of dealing with them and he was very apologetic and reassured me that that is not how one hour runs the business and said that he would absolutely do everything in his power to make things right and that he did! He delivered on all his promises to make things right. He said he was going to send his best guys Edwin and Ryan down to the house to fix all the mistakes made and anything else that was needed to be fixed that was not mentioned in our conversation. Indeed he did send his best guys, Edwin and Ryan were rockstars. Very knowledgeable, all around stand up guys. Now this is the service that I was expecting at the beginning of January when my time with One Hour air began. In conclusion, yes it was really tough at first dealing with the Melbourne store a lot of things that happened shouldn't but they did, but now all the operations are out of Daytona and Dennis is running the show. I can be confident saying the best of service will be given and Dennis will make sure of it!

My air conditioning stopped working, and Sheldon was on the scene immediately. Further inspection of my system showed that inappropriate work had been done previously and has led to more damage. I have learned a lot about AC units and how they work in a short amount of time, but, considering the cost of repairs and the age of the system, I feel confident in choosing One Hour Air for a new system. A huge shout out to Sheldon and Bryan for their professional service and outstanding knowledge; that ultimately led to my decision of accepting this company wholeheartedly.

Bryan Hamann was a great salesman and extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had a few people come look at our AC and he was so much more helpful than anyone else we dealt with and I will be referring him to anyone who needs AC work done.

Robert was great! He was right on time, very friendly, and answered all of my questions. He did a great job and got our AC back up and running at 9PM on a Saturday on a holiday weekend. Price was very reasonable.

An older HVAC unit gave out and with 24 hrs we had a new unit installed. The last owner did absolutely no maintenance on the two units. Jesse did a great job doing service cleaning all the mold off the inside fan.
