Air conditioner went out during heat wave last night. So our interior temperature was uncomfortable to say the least - and trying to sleep was awful. I went on the website late last night to request a repair and filled out the form, which was very easy to do. I got an immediate text and the next morning I was contacted and the technician, Dave K, came early in the morning to diagnose the problem. Dave was knowledgeable, polite, and a credit to the company. He diagnosed the problem which was a faulty capacitor, which was replaced. Thankfully, now my house is starting to cool down after he checked and made sure everything was running properly. I believe the cost was reasonable, considering the time and emergent condition. I’ve used them twice and will continue to use them. Highly recommend them.
Ken came to do an annual check-up on our system. He was punctual, polite, and very thorough. He checked both zones carefully, replaced the filters for us, and showed us how to maintain our system. He also detected a small issue and showed us how to check for that if it happens again. He was professional and friendly
