Everything turned out great ,after they sent me the top guy ,that had experience in hooking up automatic humidistats ,I hope they keep him,otherwise all is good ,just took a couple of tries with different techs ,then finally got a tech that was top notch.i would use them again.

I had a good experience with their last technician David who came to my house today that assisted me tremendously. I originally had another technician of theirs come to my house who told me it would be too much trouble and not worth the money or effort to install a c wire in my nest. I was able to speak to the owner and decided to give them another try. David took his time, saw the problem/issue the last technician did and tested everything he did at least 5xs to make sure it was working correctly. I would recommend this company as I am very satisfied with the work they did.
