"Dave was wonderful! He was in touch with me before he arrived, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When he came in, he put shoe covers on his feet without even asking me, which immediately to me shows respect for the homeowner. He was quick and took care of my problem. I needed a filter change and Freon. Unfortunately, I will eventually need a new system, but I just moved into a house with a 20-year-old system so I pretty much anticipated that. Hoping I can ride this one out through the Summer then next year, get a whole new system. He was honest with me, did what he could to try to help me save money on this visit and didn’t try to push getting a whole new system this year on me. Very happy with them."

"Dave arrived almost 1 hour early which was excellent for me since my house was an oven. My ac was out. He was polite, professional and efficient. He explained the problem and how it can be fixed clearly. In an hour my ac was on cooling my house. I would recommend One Hour Air Conditioning to anyone."

"Called the service line at 6:16pm. Our tech called by 6:27 stating he would arrive 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Dave was our technician and arrived by 7:15pm. He quickly identified the issue, had the parts available on his truck and repair was complete by 7:48pm! Well worth the urgent diagnostic fee and cost of material to replace! Thank you for ensuring my children had cooling by bedtime on this hot evening!"

"My air conditioning unit decided to conk out on one of the hottest few days and needed to get it back up and running for my young children. Dave came quickly and described all of the steps he was going through while diagnosing the unit. He was friendly and a true pro with years of knowledge. I appreciated daves suggestions on what to look out for moving forward and will certainly look to use him again. Highly recommended"

"I have used one hour previously and they were good. I called them again, they responded extremely quickly. The issues was basic and an issue on my side. Understandably, they had to charge a service fee. I was dead set against a service contracts, given I don’t use them much as my systems are maintained and usually problem free. However, the service tech named Ken was so professional and a great representation of the company I decided to just signed because he made me feel as things were on the up and up with their company. I have to tel you the front line of any company is their employees and anyone that knows anything in business knows, your employees and make it break a company. Ken was superb and I felt very good about the company based on the enthusiasm of an employee that’s been there 10yrs. I will continue to use their services, thanks for the quick response."
