"I have used one hour previously and they were good. I called them again, they responded extremely quickly. The issues was basic and an issue on my side. Understandably, they had to charge a service fee. I was dead set against a service contracts, given I don’t use them much as my systems are maintained and usually problem free. However, the service tech named Ken was so professional and a great representation of the company I decided to just signed because he made me feel as things were on the up and up with their company. I have to tel you the front line of any company is their employees and anyone that knows anything in business knows, your employees and make it break a company. Ken was superb and I felt very good about the company based on the enthusiasm of an employee that’s been there 10yrs. I will continue to use their services, thanks for the quick response."

"We had to replace our very old central AC and had a fantastic experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. They offered multiple options and explained the benefits. We went with the middle cost option and a week later a large crew showed up for 2 days. They put down protection everywhere and day 1 they removed the old, huge, AC units and equipment from the attic along with the 2 outside units. Day 2 they installed the new attic unit, thermostats and the outside unit. What a polite, respectful, hard working group. One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning offered a fantastic finance plan that was easy to sign up for. We have had no problems with the installation and it has worked flawlessly for approaching a year. During the heating season, we had an issue with our gas furnace so I called them again. They came out and repaired the problem, but we ended up having a much bigger problem with the old clay lying in the chimney deteriorating and blocking the exhaust. They replaced the chimney liner for a very reasonable cost, doing the work themselves, again with an extremely polite and clean team. In a time where it can be tough to even have a contractor get back to you, let alone show up and do great work, One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is a breath of fresh air (pun intended)."
