"I had a good experience with their last technician David who came to my house today that assisted me tremendously. I originally had another technician of theirs come to my house who told me it would be too much trouble and not worth the money or effort to install a c wire in my nest. I was able to speak to the owner and decided to give them another try. David took his time, saw the problem/issue the last technician did and tested everything he did at least 5xs to make sure it was working correctly. I would recommend this company as I am very satisfied with the work they did."

"Had my annual service for the heat. A new tech I hadn’t met named David. Of course I was anxious. Turned out he was very thorough and had up to date testing equipment I had never seen prior. He checked the equipments output in terms of CO which may have happened prior but i dont recall ever knowing about it. Made me feel better knowing there aren’t any noxious emissions. He answered all my questions, respected my house and not making a mess which is my wife ‘s pet peeve. He gently cautioned me about my great 40 yr old boiler and it NOT having some of the safety features that newer ones now have which gave me productive things to think about. I would always be happy to refer to one hour air. I think we go back 8 years, have had 3 new major installs as well as other diagnostic visits over the years. A+. I can talk to them and they care."

"My wife and I had a positive experience with One Hour. We found them based on numerous local recommendations. One of the owners, Ken, was quick to come out and give us a quote with several options to address our needs (update an older HVAC system). The pricing was very fair. When it came time to schedule and complete the job, Ken & his team were prompt and easy to coordinate with. The job was done a day sooner than projected and the crew was very polite, efficient, and did not leave any mess. Because of this experience, we promptly rehired them to install a dehumidifier. The experience was positive in all the same ways. As expected with any new mechanical equipment, we had a few small tune ups needed post-install that were promptly and fully addressed with the assurance we could always call if additional assistance was needed. We appreciated their responsiveness in this regard. Overall, the service, pricing, and experience was very positive and we would recommend this business to others/will use them again if the need arises."

"Called the service line at 6:16pm. Our tech called by 6:27 stating he would arrive 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Dave was our technician and arrived by 7:15pm. He quickly identified the issue, had the parts available on his truck and repair was complete by 7:48pm! Well worth the urgent diagnostic fee and cost of material to replace! Thank you for ensuring my children had cooling by bedtime on this hot evening!"

"Dave was wonderful! He was in touch with me before he arrived, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. When he came in, he put shoe covers on his feet without even asking me, which immediately to me shows respect for the homeowner. He was quick and took care of my problem. I needed a filter change and Freon. Unfortunately, I will eventually need a new system, but I just moved into a house with a 20-year-old system so I pretty much anticipated that. Hoping I can ride this one out through the Summer then next year, get a whole new system. He was honest with me, did what he could to try to help me save money on this visit and didn’t try to push getting a whole new system this year on me. Very happy with them."
