“One Hour was amazing. I randomly asked during our annual tune up for a quote to move our furnace. The tune up was Friday. I got a same day quote, which was reasonable. They were able to schedule me that day, and by Tuesday the furnace was moved. Jesus was our main technician and did an amazing job keeping me informed on progress, an ensured we were clear on the request. Overall great service.”

“Indiana One Hour was the only company available (of at least 3 others that I contacted) to come out and service our non-working furnace on the same day, during Thanksgiving holiday weekend. They sent Larry whom was knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly. After declining the service that day, I had to call them back for the repair. They sent Romaney the next day whom was pleasant and completed the repair quickly. He, too, was knowledgeable and provided a helpful tip about the type of filters we were using. “Brad found a hole in the pipe from the furnace/water heater into the ceiling. I'm no expert but it was rusted through and looked like it had been there more than a year. I was wondering why it had not been found during all of my prevous yearly maintenance visits. He fixed it and I am very grateful! He did a great job!”
