AMAZING!! Krunal and his team did a fantastic job with the A/C installation. He was extremely responsive and went out to my rental property on a Sunday. He was knowledgeable about the different options and recommended the most appropriate one for me. Since I live in a different state, Krunal was very prompt in emailing me the invoice and all the related warranty information including photos of the work. I really had a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning! It started with Zou coming out to assess my non-working A/C. Zou was kind, thoughtful, and a great teacher. He explained everything he was looking at and why, which really helped me make the right decision for my situation. When KC came to talk to me about new systems, he was patient and also did a great job of explaining all of my options. Then the big day came and the goodness just continued! Jesse and Rami worked so hard in such unbearable heat, they are truly amazing! Jesse and Rami took great care of my home while lugging huge, heavy parts back and forth from the basement and installing the system outside. Every one of these men made sure all of my questions were answered and that everything was working exactly as it should be. I am so grateful (and finally not sweating!) and would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC help!

One Hour Review My wife and I after 22 years decided it’s time to replace our A/C Furnace system. We did our homework and this is what we found. Without going into models of system, it was very important to have a company who would stand behind the product they sell. Our first search led us to a big box store. We knew they would be behind the company they subcontract to. The sales person who came to our home was very nice. He set us up with a couple good systems to choose from. He also offered us a few thousand in cash back incentives to be spent at the big box store. It was very tempting. The next company we contacted was One Hour. KC was and still is our salesman/point person who went out of his way to meet our needs with a system appropriate to the square footage of our home. He made sure at any time we were his primary focus. The pricing was slightly more for the three systems he had shown us. The one we choose, I can say is the best system I have ever experienced. Quiet, efficient and quality! No silly business. No free credit card to spend at the big box store. The money we invested was all for the unit One Hour provided. We are extremely happy with the entire team. You almost feel like you become part of the One Hour family. A family commitment. From Jane our contact person who answered every question and kept communication strong, to Rami and Jessi our technicians who completed the installation…..completely professional. The entire team! Zou was the best technician to ever come to my house. I walked through the furnace inspection and showed me and explained to me how things work and what he is looking for. He had taken photos of the HVAC system and showed me what look good and what didn’t look right. He then had me walked outside to check on my AC unit. He explained what he was looking for and educated me about my AC unit and had me take photos as he did his inspection. I had gain so much knowledge about HVAC systems and my AC unit. It was nice that Zou took time to educate me and to make sure I understood what he was doing and what was needed. Thank you very much Zou! I wish all service reps would take the time to explain the process. I didn’t feel like he was trying to scam me, like the other big companies.

Repair person great but office not . They say the cost would be be told befor doing not the case, you don’t get price till after worker leave and gives what he did to them so to spray the fins with my hose and water and a 2/2 lg freon is well over $300. Told not trip fee . I would use the guy rant did the work but not the company as they are to different thing it was a hi list call amnd this company uses different company for the work
