"One Hour responded very quickly (within minutes) of my emergency call when my AC went out (on a hot day, of course). Technician Paul arrived within the time frame promised. He was very polite and personable. He explained everything he was going to do and why. The problem turned out to be the thermostat, but he checked the whole system. I was given many options so I could choose what best suited my needs. His work was tidy and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service provided."

"This company installed a new furnace after my old one had died. The technicians were great and our HVAC is running well. However, everything after that has not gone well. I was promised paperwork (invoice, warranty, etc.) on the day the furnace was installed but I did not receive any. Instead I was informed that I would receive it the following day through email. My credit card was charged the next day, but no email or further communication of any kind. I called a week later about this and finally received an email of the invoice, but I still have no information about the warranty that was promised. They also charged me a 3% credit card processing fee that they did not inform me of prior. Update: My above issues with the paperwork/documentation were resolved about a week after the installation. As a result, I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. The technician, Zo, did a great job but the clerical side was the problem."
