One Hour Review My wife and I after 22 years decided it’s time to replace our A/C Furnace system. We did our homework and this is what we found. Without going into models of system, it was very important to have a company who would stand behind the product they sell. Our first search led us to a big box store. We knew they would be behind the company they subcontract to. The sales person who came to our home was very nice. He set us up with a couple good systems to choose from. He also offered us a few thousand in cash back incentives to be spent at the big box store. It was very tempting. The next company we contacted was One Hour. KC was and still is our salesman/point person who went out of his way to meet our needs with a system appropriate to the square footage of our home. He made sure at any time we were his primary focus. The pricing was slightly more for the three systems he had shown us. The one we choose, I can say is the best system I have ever experienced. Quiet, efficient and quality! No silly business. No free credit card to spend at the big box store. The money we invested was all for the unit One Hour provided. We are extremely happy with the entire team. You almost feel like you become part of the One Hour family. A family commitment. From Jane our contact person who answered every question and kept communication strong, to Rami and Jessi our technicians who completed the installation…..completely professional. The entire team! I couldn’t be happier with my new furnace installation. After my old unit failed in middle of winter. I called multiple companies to give a quote, one company pressured us so much we were very put off the by whole process. I called One hour and Krunal, the manager, came that night to assess the situation. He provided us with a fair and transparent quote without feeling like we were being pressured. Krunal and the technicians arrived the next day with a new furnace and were incredibly professional. We also decided to get the oxyquantum LED and electronic air filter. The difference in my home's comfort and air quality was noticeable within the hour. Got a new AC unit installed for a good price. Krunal was thorough with initial appointment, gave an estimate and also offered quick installation. Within 3 days I had my AC unit replaced and running. The installation crew were professional as well.

One Hour Heating & Air and Michael P. Jordan specifically were incredibly helpful. I called OHH&A early Friday morning when I realized my heating was down. The agent walked me through troubleshooting to see if we could fix the issue without sending a service technician. When I was able to get the system running, they had a technician (Michael) at my home later that morning. He temporarily fixed the issue so we had heat through the weekend, and came back on Monday to finish up the full install of our new thermometer. I had an incredible experience from start to finish, and all for a reasonable price given it was an emergency. I HIGHLY recommend using One Hour Heating & Air for any HVAC related issues, especially emergencies!

I will start by saying that KC was very professional explaining all aspects of the whole job that his team was going to do as far as to what we needed concerning a furnace rather we should repair or replace the existing furnace which by the way was 26 years old. Zo the service installer was quite thorough with the entire job, also Areej another technician did a spectacular job with cleaning all of the air ducts with detailing each step of the way up to and including the dryer vent as well a fantastic job was done. Although the job was extended one extra day was not a problem the problem came about when they informed us that they were going to return the next morning by 10am and by 11am we hadn't heard from them when a simple courtesy call with an eta would have gone a long way instead of me having to place a call to them. Overall the job was complete with a new furnace that was installed and the job was well done.p I would highly recommend One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Naperville.
