The agent walked me through troubleshooting to see if we could fix the issue without sending a service technician. When I was able to get the system running, they had a technician (Michael) at my home later that morning. He temporarily fixed the issue so we had heat through the weekend, and came back on Monday to finish up the full install of our new thermometer.
