“This was the second or third time I have used One Hour Air. They are truly professional and went out of their way to find the parts for my AC so I didn't have to wait. The technician was Pedro Guzman. Very professional and very knowledgeable. He had great people skills and did his homework to find out if the part was under warranty instead of selling me something substantially more expensive. I appreciated that more than I could every tell you. My AC was fixed the same day. They are the best in the business. I will always call One Hour Air.”

“One hour air was amazing. They came out within the hour and fixed my air conditioner. The person they sent was wonderful. Explained everything. I’ve used them several times before and I’ve always been happy. After several days, I had to call them back for issues regarding the air conditioning. Once again they came out, they were very professional. Pedro did an amazing job and they got it running again. Highly recommend.”

“Great service. Our technician, Christian was polite and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything we needed to know. We needed a coil replaced in our hvac system. One Hour installed our system & our warranty covered everything. We like that they call/text about 20 minutes before arrival. We recommended them to neighbors”

“I contacted a different air-conditioning company that was recommended by a friend. They came out and said I needed a new $9,000 unit and they could install it in the morning. I wanted a second opinion. I called One Hour and they came out within a short time. It ended up being a float switch and a clogged drain. Very grateful for their honesty and integrity. Now I will always use them. Fernando was the tech and he was great.”

“Our tech was polite and kept me loop in on each thing that he was doing. Along with, but not limited to, membership program and services they provided. He gave his recommendations on what we should do moving forward. The membership we signed up for covered the cost of two regular maintenance visits (along with discounts on other services)”
