“One Hour H & AC was able to schedule me in for same day service. Hebreux L. Came out and as the company's name he was able to diagnose and replace the damage part all in 1 hour. Extremely grateful to have had a very knowledgeable, respectful and nice technician come help us out. I definitely will recommend this company to others and will be my go to company.”

“service was very good. technician was prompt and thorough.they arrived a couple hours after our initial call which is outstanding! . i give 4 stars bc the unit is not fixed yet. and am awaiting resolution to our problem which needs a part. the unit is only two years old. … if it’s resolved tomorrow under warranty as it should be, i will come back and give 5 stars!”

“I’m a VERY satisfied customer & would HIGHLY recommend Service Tech John Perkins of this company. If you’re in the Ft Myers area, I’d suggest requesting him for your service call. Here’s why… I got a text & email prior to John’s arrival that displayed his BIO & picture, which was so helpful & courteous. Reading he’s a skilled HVAC service tech over 20 yrs gave me extra confidence before he arrived. John was on-time, pleasant, very professional in appearance & manners, respectful, knowledgeable, courteous & easy to work with bc he was patient & informative. He helped me fully understand the issues & solutions. He quickly diagnosed the problem & presented me with a company pre-printed booklet that listed all their services, repair prices & estimated repair.time. I felt this was open & honest. I asked for & rec’d an add’l discount since I was a former customer 4 yrs ago. They valued me as a customer which is important! My part was under warranty, but I still had to pay for the labor costs. But, since I got such detailed explanation & expert service, I felt confident I wasn’t being up charged or taken advantage of, especially since I’m an older lady. Upon project completion, John emailed a detailed invoice.John also did other diagnostic tests to see if there were other issues, which he did find a leak in a coil, so he showed me the meter readings as proof. He made the additional repairs needed & added refrigerant at no extra charge! Not up-selling is so honest & amazing nowadays!! So, EXCELLENT customer service & care. He also showed me before & after pictures from his phone of the system issues & repair done. That was appreciated! John readily had the equipment/parts needed to fix the problem, which was great his van was well-stocked, also clean & maintained, indicating to me .a reputable business. BTW, John was clean-cut & in company uniform, which also represents a respectable company. (I recently had a tech from a different company for a different system & he was disheveled, sloppy & just gross. It made such an unfavorable impression on me that I’ll avoid using that co again!) so it DOES matter who comes into my home & works on my hard-earned property! From start to finish, I was VERY happy with this whole service call. I will definitely use them again & ask for John Perkins, bc I KNOW he’ll do an expert, honest, thorough, efficient & reliable job!”

“One hour air was amazing. They came out within the hour and fixed my air conditioner. The person they sent was wonderful. Explained everything. I’ve used them several times before and I’ve always been happy. After several days, I had to call them back for issues regarding the air conditioning. Once again they came out, they were very professional. Pedro did an amazing job and they got it running again. Highly recommend.”
