“Very impressed with Josh and the whole team at One Hour. He refused to quit until he figured out what was wrong with my unit. Admittedly, I started getting a little worried that I was gonna need a replacement, but he found an obstruction in my flu after he had checked everything else. Will absolutely use their services again.”

“The visit today was to replace an incorrect part that was installed on a previous visit. He was very polite and explained everything to me before he did any of the necessary repairs. It was a simple but necessary repair that was needed for our a/c to work. There was no charge for this visit since the tech that was here previously installed the wrong part which prevented our unit from working. The company stood behind their warranty for the incorrect part being installed.”
