"Had to replace my split system furnace and outdoor unit. Everything was done professional and everyone that came to our home was respectful and friendly. They were quick to make appointments and were on time every time. Gave me many options for replacement of out AC units. We choose the high efficiency system. Prices might seem a little high but worth it. They didn't mess around and got the job done in one day. I would recommend them to anyone that wants the job done right and quick."

"Tech Jonathan and his trainee partner Dillon should get perseverance rewards for seriously tackling this project and fixing it correctly, after having 4 previous techs dismiss my concerns over the horrible noise the A/C was making. They worked into the night to rid the heat pump of the contaminated refrigerant (cause of the issues), install needed parts and recharge the unit. Best techs I've had yet."

"Great service! My technician, Shannon, arrived early and got right to work after confirming the quoted price of my repair. The system worked properly after he finished, so we're satisfied! My dog got out and the other technician present helped me corral her. It was a good overall experience, and I would definitely recommend One Hour!"

"My heat went out on a Saturday evening. I called One Hour Heating and Air Condition around 6:00pm and was on their scheduled to have a technician come out the very next morning. They were very friendly and informative from the beginning of my interactions with the company. Prior to Ashton's arrival I was informed of his name and a photo so that I felt comfortable with whom was coming into my home. Ashton did a fabulous job explaining his process of how he was going to check my HVAC unit. Once he was done he explained the simple fix he did to fix my HVAC. He asked if I had any additional questions or concerns. He was amazing! I would definitely recommend them to anyone."
