“One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came out the very next day after our air conditioner stopped working. Julio responded to the call, and we could not have been more impressed with the service we received. He was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Julio spent approximately three hours in our home going over every issue he found, what repairs or replacements were needed, and providing several different options. He carefully explained the risks and benefits of each choice, discussed different scenarios depending on our needs and budget, answered all of our questions, and thoroughly reviewed the warranties and guarantees. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the experience and the level of service provided. Julio was knowledgeable, patient, and very personable throughout the entire process. “I can’t say enough this is the most professional outfit that we’ve ever dealt with from our sales person to the installer all the way from the Owner guys gave us the best deal in town you’re able to install our furnace and AC in one day we can’t ask for much more. The only downfall is that it’s not summer and I can’t crank the AC on, But the heater is gonna keep me in my family toasty all winter long thank you so much. If you guys need to go anywhere, please go to this company. They are the best in town, most polite, most professional, and had the best deals in town and high-quality equipment.”
