One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came out the very next day after our air conditioner stopped working. Julio responded to the call, and we could not have been more impressed with the service we received. He was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Getting a new AC unit and furnace can be a very stressful situation to have to deal with. But Julio made this experience just the opposite of stressful. He spend over 2 hours with us explaining all of our options and making sure we understood the process and pricing.
