“My AC went out yesterday, I called at 7am and was able to get on the schedule. That was so fast. I have a service contract with them. When Ferrell got here he quickly diagnosed that it was the capacitor and he had what he needed in the truck. While here he checked my system and said everything seemed in working order. “Farrell was very pleasant & did a great job explaining what he did. The only problem was my window was from 8a.m to 11 a.m. he got here at 1:20 p.m.I think One hour Heating system is terrible not letting the service guys notify you when they are running late. I had to call the office for them to call Farrell which is ridiculous when he could of contacted me directly! He did have a phone. So scheduling doesn't mean a darn thing. Very frustrating my time is as valuable as Dunn One Hour heating & cooling.”

“Cory was professional and personable. He correctly diagnosed the problem as a worn out capacitor. When he told me the part would cost $430, I nearly fainted as Home Depot carries them for $23! Seems like predatory pricing to me. I paid the $99 diagnostic fee and headed to the store. I installed the part in 10 minutes and my system was back up and running fine. I’d have been happy to pay as much as a 100% markup on a cheap part just for convenience sake but not that ridiculous price.”

“Hoffman Brothers wanted $12,777 for a new furnace and ac. Guy off Craigslist discovered a burned disconnected wire and wanted $350 to reconnect it to the condenser. (After charging me $70 for coming out) And the Craigslist guy swapped all the wires, took everything apart, then left it exposed to rain for 2 days. Dunn Plumbing Heating and Air came over: Reattached the burnt wire, rewired everything the old guy messed up, cleaned the outdoor unit so it could breathe, and had the vitals on an app so I can see real time the performance of my unit before and after he was done. Get this, diagnostic and everything was cheaper even than the Craigslist guy. We were going to discuss more what to do if his fix didn't work, but my house started to immediately cool down. I could've given that guy a hug after spending the past 2 weeks in what felt like was hell. They're saved in my phone for future service. What they did today is enough to make me a repeat customer. So if I need a new unit in the future, it's going to them no matter how much it cost. Thanks guys. 👋”
